Free Septic Smart Workshop For Vermont and New Hampshire Homeowners

posted Monday, August 26, 2019

Got a septic system? Need a septic system? Considering replacing or installing a septic system? Come learn what you didn't know you don't know at a free public workshop on the home septic system on Saturday, September 21st from 9:30 AM until 12 noon. Location is the Old Town Hall at 29 Summer Street in Charlestown, NH; parking in the lot behind the Anglican Church on Summer Street.

Hosted by the Mt Ascutney Subcommittee of the CT River Joint Commission, this annual event will offer loads of information for the general public about a topic that is rarely discussed in polite company: your septic system. Bring your questions and a pad of paper to hear from designer Steve Pro of Septic Pro (works in both VT and NH), John Fay of the State of Vermont's Department of Environmental Conservation, and an installer from Stearns Septic Service of Grantham, NH.

While the workshop is free, pre-registration will help us plan seating and light refreshments. Contact Olivia Uyizeye at 603-448-1680 x 205 or by email at [email protected].
