Bonnie's Bundles Dolls Celebrates 45 Years with a Series of Summer Events

posted Saturday, June 8, 2013

Bonnie's Bundles Dolls in the Stone Village in Chester is celebrating 45 years of doll making with a series of summer events. The first will be held this Saturday, June 15 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and features three exciting activities: wheat pasting images of the most popular dolls over these years as a mural on the backside of the Watters' garage; creating a timeline of unforgettable moments in photos and words in the doll maker's four and a half decade history; and finally two special barbecue hours.

All you need to do to be included in the fun is to call or email the doll maker to let her know the name of your favorite Bundle (if you don't own one, maybe it is time you got one). At that time you can let her know how many are coming and when you might join the fun for a couple hours.

Details can be found on www.bonniesbundlesdolls.com. The mural will face up towards Mt. Flamstead and the flower gardens, the site of the famous Big Little Wedding in 2010. Being a part of this milestone will surely put a smile on the faces of all the participants -- young and old.

Thank you.
