posted Thursday, December 10, 2015

St. Luke's Episcopal Church at 313 Main Street in Chester invites you to worship with us on any Sunday but especially for the special Advent and Christmas services.

Lessons & Carols is on Sunday, December 20th at 4:00 pm followed by a covered dish supper in Willard Hall. A series of nine Scriptural readings are followed by a song. This lovely service celebrates Jesus' birth into our world of need as told by prophets of old and by the gospel writers.

The Christmas Eve service is Thursday, December 24th beginning at 6:30 pm for carol sing and at 7:00 pm for Holy Communion. Children are always welcome.

Christmas Day service is on Friday, December 25th at 10:00am only with Holy Communion, a simple service with a Reflection given by the priest.
