A Message From Vermont Institute of Contemporary Arts

posted Friday, March 29, 2013

I think we are all chomping at the bit for the warmth of the sun and the long brilliant days of golden light. Even though spring is slow to come to The Green Mountains, it is coming, I promise.

Take advantage of this quiet time before spring's explosion of color and life to focus on your own renewal and transformation. This is the time to re-group and regain balance back to your life. Remember balance?

VTica is closing shop for the month of April so our little team can do just that: rest, restore and balance. We will return revitalized, bursting with fresh ideas and enthusiasm for our coming season.

We re-open May 2nd with new artwork in The Mysterious Mind exhibit and a new sculpture out front. See you then.

Meanwhile, if you are looking for something wonderful to do while VTica is closed, check out Rockingham Arts and Museum Project 11th Annual Art Raffle Benefit, April 21st at 3pm. Click on to Ramp site for details http://www.ramp-vt.org/.

Happy Spring
