Chester’s school should continue to provide high quality, cost effective educational opportunities and amenities to all students residing in Chester, as well as those attending Chester schools, who reside in other Towns.  The town should expand the opportunities for the use of the Town Forest and the Doctor Adams land for scientific research and use by classes of the town schools and other students.
